Cue Terms of Use

Cue is provided by Elsefree LLC. These terms explain how you may use Cue and how its features handle your content.

App license

Your App Store license is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. These supplemental terms do not replace that license or limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If they conflict with a mandatory license provision, that provision controls.

What Cue does

Cue is a teleprompter and video-recording app for iPhone. You can edit a script, practice, record, review takes, and save or share your videos. Features depend on your device, iOS version, camera, language, permissions, available storage, and Apple platform services. Follow my voice requires iOS 26 or later and supported hardware and languages. Fixed speed is available on supported iPhones running iOS 17 or later. Best quality uses the highest resolution available to the active camera; 4K is not guaranteed on every device or camera.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your scripts and recordings. You are responsible for what you record and share, including permission to record people and use music or other protected material. Use Cue lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not misuse the app or interfere with platform services.

Cue does not host your scripts or recordings. Keep backups of important work. When you keep a finished take, Cue saves it to Studio and Photos after you grant permission. You can delete only the Cue copy, or choose to also delete identifiable Photos copies with additional permission and iOS confirmation. Deleting the app may remove all of its local content. Other exports, including copies Cue cannot identify, must be managed in their destination. Photos deletion may sync through iCloud Photos according to your Apple settings.

Privacy and support

The Cue Privacy Policy explains local storage, permissions, our website, and support communications. The current app does not include developer-operated analytics, ads, tracking, or content uploads. For help, visit Cue Support or email developer@elsefree.com.

Availability and updates

We may update Cue to address bugs, compatibility, security, or legal requirements. Features and Apple platform services may change or become unavailable. Check important recordings before relying on them, and maintain a separate backup. Availability, warranty, liability, termination, and applicable-law provisions of your App Store license apply, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these supplemental terms by changing the effective date and providing any notice required by applicable law. The app opens the current terms directly from our website, so website changes are reflected there. An internet connection is required.
